Ribbit

I finished something I can talk about!

It’s Ribbit by Susan Anderson for Spud and Chloe.  Such a cute knit.  I made some modifications (which I spelled out on my Ravelry page), but mostly, I just knit it as per the directions.  I opted for fiberfil instead of the tennis ball this time, but I think I’ll try it sometime soon.  I even learned how to make a french knot (finally).  All in all, not bad for around 2 hours of knitting.

That is some quick knitting, especially since you probably had a toddler climbing around. And the frog looks so happy with his gargoyle friend.

Thanks, Karen. I usually knit during naps and after H goes to bed, but I think he’s just used to me having needles and yarn around/in my hands. He even takes his ball of yarn and uses it to make “socks” (he just smushes the yarn around his foot). So cute!

  3. You did a great job with ribbit! It came out really cute! I made one of those too. It was really fun and quick to make. I think I’m going to make another one for myself since I gave the other one away.
