The Things We Eat

I found this on a knitting blog and thought it was pretty neat.

Bold entries are things I have eaten. Entries in strike-through are things I don’t really want to try. Entries in italics are things I’ve eaten and never want to eat again.

The VGT Omnivore’s Hundred:

1. Venison– in sausage form, not too bad
2. Nettle Tea- sounds interesting
3. Huevos rancheros -not a big fan of stuff other than cheese on my eggs
4. Steak tartare – Love
5. Crocodile
6. Black pudding this is a maybe, but it would have to be with Anthony Bourdain
7. Cheese fondue -Love

12. Pho- I’d really love to try this, but there are a scarcity of good ethnic restaurants in Erie

22. Fresh wild berries– double yummy

24. Rice and beans– I wish I could make proper beans and rice.
25. Brawn, or head cheese – I’ll leave this to my husband
